What happened last year?
December 9-11, 2022
25 women to come together to the Reattach Retreat to unpack, re-wire, and move forward.
What was
the Purpose?
The purpose of the Reattach Retreat is to be with like-minded women, who care about what you care about. I want you to enjoy a safe and healing space, where you can relate, support, and receive.
Depending on where you are in your life experience and where you will find yourself in our conversations and exercises, different parts of you will likely show up in the room.
Sometimes you will be the receiver, sometimes you will be the supporter, sometimes you will be the observer, sometimes you will be more active.
The point is not to gather a bunch of women who are exactly the same in the exact same place, but instead to gather women who are intentional about their growth and development personally and relationally.
I believe that through understanding Attachment, you understand yourself and the world around you much better, so I’ll be teaching during some planned Groups. But you will also be learning through conversations and connecting that I have found so many people want, but rarely or never get to have.
Over the last two years of leading my private practice, I have helped people literally change their lives. More important than my competence, I have become highly confident in my gifts to bring healing and Secure Attachment to life. I have enjoyed creating these opportunities online and now I am bringing Reattach in-person.

I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for Taylor’s retreat – I just wanted to learn more about myself and of course, I knew that I loved Taylor’s videos - her thought process, eloquence, and attitude. I came only for her. I never would have imagined that the more impactful part of the retreat were the other women in attendance.
Taylor brought together women from all over the country, with different backgrounds and upbringings, in all different parts of their lives, struggling with vastly different issues, but we are like minded and we were all there with a common purpose to better ourselves.
My favorite parts were the group discussions bc during those sessions, everyone shared their stories, backgrounds, struggles, goals, etc. Everyone was so supportive, trying to help each other fight their demons. It was also comforting to look at some of the shared struggles and see women at a different points on the journey – it gave me faith that I’m on a path that leads somewhere peaceful, if I just keep working at it.
And I cannot begin to describe how amazing it was to have Taylor facilitate these conversations – dropping wisdom bombs that blew our minds and working hard to keep our conversations focused and intentional.

This was without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m not a massive fan of group things, especially where we get into personal stuff, and was a little nervous coming into it. I had nothing to worry about.Taylor and her co-facilitators created a space that was warm, nurturing, yet honest and real. We were given the space to share as much or as little as we wanted - the focus always on future, on power, on our own knowledge of what’s best for us.
What’s unique and special about Taylor’s approach is that she’s not coming at this like an “expert” with “I have the answers for you.” She helped us understand very quickly that we already have the answers, we have the power, and the opportunity to shift beliefs about ourself, to not be trapped by past events and beliefs. And this quickly created a space where we were able to learn but also help each other, which created sisterhood, trust and mutual support.
So what was the impact?
In brief since I got back, something has changed. It’s like a switch flipped in my brain. I catch myself about to take a choice that isn’t serving my goals. Normally I’d start justifying it to myself but now it’s like I have a whole set of reasons not too, and can convince myself to do something different, something better. I am not obsessing over “that person”, but focusing on the experience I want and slowly understanding I can get that regardless. The anxiety is less.
I’m still trying to articulate the impact of the weekend but that’s my early take. Taylor is truly marvellous at what she does. She made such a nurturing, yet no nonsense space for us all to find our way.

Taylor’s retreat was simply life changing and amazing! To be allowed a safe space to process feelings, struggles, and even wins regarding attachment was life changing. Taylor and the rest of her team were so warm, welcoming, and empathetic. This retreat is a must if you are looking to develop your understanding and healing regarding attachment.

The ReAttach Retreat was life-changing! I’m still in awe of the entire experience. There are no words in the English language to describe how impactful this experience has been for me on my healing journey. Between sisterhood talk, group activities, break-out sessions, food, laughs, and tears, I left the retreat feeling absolutely capable, confident, and empowered in my ability to create the life that I want to experience.
This is definitely a “You had to be there” and “You need to be there next time” type of experience. Taylor, thank you for walking in your purpose and cultivating such a transformative event. The work that you do is truly unmatched and God-sent!

Taylor’s Reattach Retreat was absolutely beautiful! When she announced she’d be offering an in-person retreat to discuss / work through attachment related issues, after seeing her work virtually, I knew I wanted in on it and I’m so grateful a said yes!
Taylor has a way of presenting ideas and perspectives in such an effective way. Direct, authentic, and from the heart. Her passion for this work is displayed every time she speaks and being in her presence in person, that passion was exemplified even greater.
I loved breaking out into small groups where we got to dive deeper in a more intimate setting to discover and confront the beliefs that are holding us back from living the experience we want. In the larger group, I found value with every question that was asked and addressed - even when a specific issue may not have been relavant for everyone, being present with the women in the room was such a connecting experience.
I learned something new from every discussion, with me personally or listening to other interactions. The overall takeaway from this experience was that this work is so incredibly worth it, and that people CAN and DO change from insecure to securely attached. I’m more confident than ever that this can be true for me, too. I’m so grateful to have been a part of this experience - thank you Taylor, her co-facilitators Brittany and Brittany, and all the courageous women who also said yes and contributed to this beautiful weekend.

The retreat was an amazing experience! There was something powerful about meeting and sharing space with a group of women from various backgrounds, but all share a desire to improve themselves and the way they relate to others. Taylor and her team did a wonderful job creating an environment that was welcoming and safe, while being structured enough to gain some clear takeaways.
I found the mixture of large and small group activities to be really helpful. It allowed for us to hear and learn from each other as a whole, but also have the opportunity to get direct feedback from the facilitators. I walked away from the weekend with a few things: tools to set better boundaries for my relationships, reassurance that I’m doing the right thing making personal changes, and a new community of like-minded women.
If you became familiar with Taylor on social media and are considering working with her, do it! She is 100% the person she is online, direct, informative, passionate, and caring. Truly grateful I was able to share in this experience.
